These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Gibraltar Vending website and the vending machine services we provide. By engaging our services, signing a service agreement, or using this website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

Gibraltar Vending is a commercial vending machine service provider based in London, supplying snack, drinks, coffee, office, workplace and gym vending solutions. Our services typically include free site surveys, machine supply and installation, product stocking, scheduled maintenance, telemetry monitoring and account support across Greater London and surrounding areas.

The customer (the business or premises owner) agrees to:

• Provide a safe, suitable and accessible location for the vending machine, including a standard mains power supply.

• Allow Gibraltar Vending personnel reasonable access during agreed hours for restocking and maintenance.

• Notify us promptly of any faults, damage, theft or vandalism affecting the machine.

• Not move, modify or attempt to repair the machine without our written consent.

Installation is carried out by our trained engineers at a mutually agreed date and time. Unless otherwise stated in the service agreement, machines remain the property of Gibraltar Vending throughout the term of the contract. The customer is responsible for ensuring the installation environment meets the agreed specifications (floor loading, ventilation, power and connectivity)

Machines are intended for use by employees, members, visitors and the general public at the host site. The customer must not allow tampering with, abuse of, or unauthorised access to the machines. Any misuse may result in repair charges and, where appropriate, removal of the machine

Product ranges are agreed in advance with the customer and refreshed periodically. While we make every effort to maintain stock levels, occasional substitutions or temporary unavailability may occur due to supplier issues, seasonal changes or market conditions. We reserve the right to substitute equivalent products of the same or higher quality.

Gibraltar Vending provides routine and reactive maintenance as part of the service. Reported faults are typically attended within 24–48 working hours. Damage caused by misuse, vandalism, power failures, or unauthorised tampering may be chargeable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gibraltar Vending shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from the use of our website, machines or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

All content on the Gibraltar Vending website including text, graphics, logos, images and software  is the property of Gibraltar Vending or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or otherwise exploit this content without prior written permission.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or disrupt its operation. We reserve the right to suspend access to any user who breaches these Terms.

​We may, from time to time, modify the products, services, machine models or features available, with reasonable notice where the change materially affects the customer. We may also update our website and these Terms; continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the notice period stated in the signed contract. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately in cases of non-payment, repeated misuse of equipment, or material breach of these Terms. On termination, Gibraltar Vending will collect its machines and any remaining stock owned by us.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
